Goji berries are great sprinkled on your morning cereal or porridge to give you an early energy boost and make your breakfast more interesting and tasty. You can also eat them with nuts and seeds or even dropped in a salad to give it a bit of more colour and tang. I take a handful every morning and sprinkle them on my mesa-sunrise cereal without fail especially when under severe work stress to keep the free-radicals at bay. Goji Berries are also loaded with beta-carotene which is important for your immune system. I can’t recommend them enough.
